All customers must provide name and contact details.
All customers will be provided with an invoice detailing the details of the hire.
£25 deposit to secure dress - if not paying full hire payment on selection.
Remainder of balance due on collection of gown.
Cost of dry cleaning is inclusive in price - however, if on inspection on return the gown is damaged or badly stained a small fee may be required to restore the gown to its original condition - management decision.
Any gown hired should be returned within 3 days and in the dress bag provided.
Any jewellery or accessories should be returned in their box or bag and in their original condition - if lost or broken a small fee may be required
